TRIANG VILLAS (Full-time)

POSISI 1: Villa Manager

KUALIFIKASI:
✅ Diploma or A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
✅ 3+ years of experience in hospitality or villa management
✅ Strong leadership and team coordination skills
✅ Able to handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
✅ Good understanding of housekeeping and property maintenance
✅ Able to manage budgets, inventory, and daily reporting
✅ Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
✅ Familiar with OTAs and property management systems
✅ Flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays if needed

POSISI 2: Marketing Officer

KUALIFIKASI:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a related field
✅ 2 years marketing experience, preferably in hospitality
✅ Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Skilled in social media strategy and content creation
✅ Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva)
✅ Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, and other marketing tools
✅ Creative, organized, and proactive personality
✅ Able to join immediately

POSISI 3: Accounting

KUALIFIKASI:
✅ Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
✅ Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (hospitality is a plus)
✅ Good command of English (written and spoken)
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
✅ Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, etc.)
✅ Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Taxation
✅ High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and integrity
✅ Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
✅ Able to join immediately

POSISI 4: Reservation

KUALIFIKASI:
✅ Diploma/Bachelor’s in Hospitality
✅ Min. 2 years experience in hospitality
✅ Fluent in English, both spoken and written
✅ Skilled in PMS, Channel Manager, CRM, and office tools
✅ Customer-focused with strong communication
✅ Able to multitask and handle guests professionally
