You’ve got solid all day dinning cafe/restaurant experience and know how to keep a service smooth during the breakfast and lunch rush. You’re also confident with dinner service-we’re looking for someone who can help us thrive as we move into evenings. You’re a natural leader, organised, and can bring out the best in others. You’re full of ideas and get genuinely excited by food-seasonal dishes, efficient service, creative specials.

✅ Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic.
✅ Experience in a similar role
✅ Experience in fast paced kitchen
