Responsibilities:
- Serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages according to standard recipes
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean work area and shop equipment
- Manage raw material inventory efficiently
- Assist with other shop operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school/vocational high school diploma, preferably with experience as a barista
- Basic knowledge of coffee and serving techniques
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Friendly, communicative, and customer service-oriented
- Willing to work shifts and holidays
