QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B field.
✅ Female or male (female preferred), age between 25-45 years old.
✅ Currently residing in Bali.
✅ Own a personal vehicle.
✅ Education: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent in a relevant major.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
✅ **Store Operations:** Oversee daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and COGS monitoring.
✅ **Purchasing:** Manage procurement of goods and supplies.
✅ **Finance:** Track financial records, prepare reports (P&L, cash flow), and handle tax matters.
✅ **Marketing:** Implement promotional strategies and manage store visuals.
✅ **Human Resources:** Manage performance reviews, recruitment, and payroll.
✅ **Business Development & Expansion:** Develop proposals and implement growth initiatives.
✅ **Other duties** as assigned by shareholders.
